Amazon + Fashion= Whaaaat?!?

When Amazon launched Amazon Fashion in 2016-ish, you could hear a collective groan.
The idea of this monster retailer selling actual designer fashion was unsettling.
How do you verify it’s the real deal? I mean how many times have you opened the smile box and saw a label you weren’t expecting? Would fashionistas be able to pull the trigger and purchase a $995 Philip Lim Hunting Print Pleated Shirtdress which pops up next to a $28 Sexy Poly Velvet Micro-Dress (true story)?
Fashion and Amazon were just not two things I saw working together.
But something else happened. Amazon is now the place for buying fashion which does the job. Please adjust your expectations. This is not cutting edge clothing by any means, but it is very handy when needed.
Stylist use Amazon frequently for photo shoots and, if you have the time to get lost in the massive inventory, you too can find pieces to wear when you need or want something fast.
