Hello 2023

Hi Wonderful Friend!

Happy New Year! Happy 2023!

Since we wrapped up last year together, let’s open the door to this January together.

2023 will for sure continue to be a chaotic ride.

Uncertainty is most certainly our norm for the next 12 months.

But that could be ok if we look at this as a time as the uncertainty is the invitation to create what we want. Both individually and collectively, we have a tremendous opportunity to birth something new.

So let’s do it! Pick ONE thing you would like to create this year. Just ONE.

A romantic relationship? An ideal job? Creative expression? Your wild side? A trip somewhere far, far away? A dream bedroom?

Think of that one thing and then I want you to close your eyes. Imagine you have it in it’s full glory. No cap.

Now, I want you ask yourself how do you feel having what you want? Don’t think, just feel. Fill in this sentence and write down the first three words that come into mind….

I feel _____.

Will you feel relieved? Cherished, unstoppable, of service, heard, lit up, moved or joyful? Write them down and tape them near your computer, in your bathroom, on your phone…anywhere they catch your eye for the next 12 months and guide you on your way to create these feelings in everything you do.

You see, New Years isn’t about resolutions or ultimatums. It’s about redirecting your compass and focusing on how you want to feel.

I should know. Today is my birthday and I own this day. It’s a clean slate and a new start because we say it is.

So Happy New Year! I wish you love and light and for all of your dreams to come true.

Much Love,

XO

Holly

ps- You just did all the work you need to do today. Jan 1 asks only for beauty treatments and naps so indulge yourself. It’s also a great time to tell those you want to ride the new year with how much you love them, so do that too. Then, put on a face mask and let the day take you from there!
