Happy Shopping

Hi Wonderful Friend!

We have all been pretty serious for quite some time.

Feelings of happiness and joy are going to take some effort right now and, you know what, that’s ok.

We’ve been knocked around and fearful of one another. The post-pandemic edge is real and, if you have been to an airport or busy restaurant lately, you know happiness and joy are at our feet, waiting to be lifted up to join us, but they aren’t hanging in the air like they used to be.

Now would be the time to look for happiness anywhere you can find it and I would like to remind you of the easiest, most transactional way to bring some joy into your world…SHOPPING.

You are scoffing at me, aren’t you? How superficial you’re thinking. Shopping isn’t true happiness. It’s just a distraction.

Yes, It absolutely is a distraction. A small reminder we have the power to lift our spirits by moving our attention towards something which makes us instantly feel good.

Gee, that doesn’t sound so bad, does it? Shopping moves money around and with that, joy and jobs and experiences.

Picking up a Squeaky Clean Liquid Lip Balm in Raspberry Lolly might just put a skip in your step which turns into eye contact with your future other half!

Or maybe it’s time to get serious about bags again and invest in something outside your norm. Try Bottega Veneta’s gorgeous green Padded Cassette bag. A new happy neutral for Fall.

Or how about a bright and cheery jumper from Isabel Marant? Feeling better already, aren’t you?!

Round it all out with a pair of Bottega’s boots (yes, things are still kind of all about Bottega) and remind yourself happiness is right at your feet!

Enjoy!
